Kathy's Dancenter was established in 1987, and has grown by leaps & bounds since that time.

Currently celebrating our 26th season, over 9000 dancers have attended our classes. We are now teaching second generations; dancers of dancers are continuing in their Mom's footsteps! Miss Kathy & the Dancenter were recently presented awards for excellence by both the Mayor's & State Assembly offices

Some of our dancers have gone on to perform in local theaters & productions as well as pursuing college degrees in dance.

We offer a diverse curriculum of classes in the dance arts for ages 2 through adult, beginner to advanced levels. Our basic philosophy of holding quality, upbeat & enjoyable classes in a non-competitive atmosphere has earned us a devoted following and a trustworthy reputation.

With the emphasis on fun & the joy of personal achievement, our staff strives to instill in our dancers the love & respect they share for dance & the performing arts.  Staff members have extensive background in their respective dance disciplines & maintain a working  knowledge of current dance styles & trends. We aim to establish a positive student/teacher rapport, so necessary for the student to feel at ease, enabling them to blossom as dancers.
